This website is run by Pro Finish Resurfacing Solutions LLC ("ProFinish," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect when you visit pro-finishresurfacing.com, what we do with it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you fill out our contact form, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Your phone number and email address
- Anything you write in the message box
We use this only to respond to you, give you a quote, and schedule work. If you call or email us directly, we keep your contact details and job notes for the same reasons.

Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect information about how visitors use the site. - Formspree (Formspree, Inc.) receives and delivers contact form submissions to us. Formspree's privacy policy.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc.) hosts the website and may log basic request data such as IP address for security and performance. Vercel's privacy policy.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with anyone else except when required by law.
AI
This website does not use AI to process your information, and we do not use your information to train AI models.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use a private browsing window. The site still works without them. Your browser may also offer a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track setting.
How long we keep information
We keep contact form messages and customer records as long as we need them to serve you, honor our work warranty, and meet tax and business record requirements. Analytics providers keep data according to their own retention settings, which is generally 14 months or less.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. To make a request, email us at the address below. We will respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is for adults looking for home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
